We aren’t exactly your average freshman. And somehow I find myself stuck with a bunch of troublesome females to look after. Angel. Emma. Lexi. Pretty sure I got the raw end of the stick.
But that isn’t the worst of it. There is someone lurking in the shadows—spying and stalking my girlfriend. He is a dead man. How many people am I going to have to kill for this girl? A better question would be how many people wouldn’t I kill for her?
As many as it took.
Angel is about to experience betrayal of the worst kind. And this time, it’s not entirely my fault—shocker.

I love this series! The characters and the storyline I've been invested in has extended itself to Angel and Chase's first year of college. It is also written in Chase's POV so we get more of an understanding of this character's relationship with the character Angel, whose POV covered the first three books of the series. Not quite certain as to why the author decided to use his POV this time. Maybe to pick the remaining parts of the series in his view after all the incidents of the preceding books. I really enjoy these characters, but somehow find the storyline a bit lacking in this installment. It is slow to get to the point and has some fillers that just drag the story along.It seems to be not as well thought out like the other books in the series, but I'm hoping that the next book will restore my hope. The last half of the book seem to pick up steam only to end abruptly. As I said, I hope to see more to the continued storyline and the interesting twist at the end come to a resolution. Overall, I would recommend it, if you were a fan of the first three books of the series. Besides....more Chase!Product details

Chase and Angel didn't have time to unpack before things started getting weird. Chase feels that someone is watching them and he doesn't think it is a demon. I nearly flipped when I found out. And you will too!
By far the best book of the series i think. While the first 3 books were Angel's POV I was excited that this one would be in Chase's POV. You get to get inside his head and really understand the relationship between him and Angel. There were also some things I did not expect to happen they way they did, like with Emma. No spoilers, promise. But my heart did break for Chase at the end of the book, and I am most certain he will find a way to fix things. Not a big fan of cliffhangers and this one has one but oh well what can you do but wait patiently for book 5 Redeeming Angel.
I love this pov of CHASE. I really wanted more college and people connections and jealousy angst. this just freaked me out but I love it. I love Chase. but the cliff hanger I have to wait until next year, omg will kill me. hold on Angel and Chase. until next year..
I think this is my second favour book in the series. The whole book is from Chase's POV and it was awesome. It's always interesting to me to read the guy's POV.
What a total, cliff hanger. This is by far my favorite book in the series. Chase is totally lovable and his devotion to Angel and their connection is to die for. Thru out it all the snarky come backs and dialogue is fun and engaging but the bottom line is can Chase save Angel? I certainly hope so I'm pulling for them. I can't wait to read how their story will end. Happy reading!
Just like the rest. I love it. I would highly recommend this book and series to anyone. You won't regret it. I would love to tell you what is in the book. But that is for you to find out. I read this book a couple of years ago when I first started blogging and then took some time off from blogging. If you haven't noticed, I am back in full swing. I absolutely love this series from J.L. Weil! I was sad when it came to an end, but at the same time, it brought me to find other great books from J.L. Weil.
The one thing I didn't like about this book was Chase's POV. I wasn't so crazy over hearing the story come from him. I would have much rather read this book in Angels POV like the others.
